2024  International Conference on Environment Engineering,  Urban Planning and Design

Environmental engineering is an applied discipline integrating environmental science and engineering technology, mainly concerned with environmental protection, pollution prevention and resource recycling. Originating in traditional public health engineering, with the progress of industrialization and urbanization, the discipline has expanded to involve the treatment of air, water, and soil pollution, waste treatment, and sustainable management of resources. Urban planning and design in this interdisciplinary field, mainly refers to urban design and environmental design. This includes the purposeful planning and creation of buildings, landscapes, and the overall environment related to human activities to achieve an ideal state of function and environmental sustainability, seeking to find a balance between urban development and the natural environment in the context of rapid urbanization.

2024 International Conference on Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning and Design (EEUPD 2024) will focus on the following central ideas: strengthening environmental sustainability, addressing global environmental challenges, improving the quality of life of residents, promoting social sustainable development, and promoting scientific and technological innovation and research.
